Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our products and services. If you’re not happy and want to return anything from Desie Style, we’re happy to give refunds or exchanges, as long as the items are in good condition. Contact us at support@desiestyle.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process.

The return process may be restricted based on the product’s nature and category, as outlined in our cancellation policy and terms & conditions. Some items, like vegetables, frozen items, gift vouchers, beauty products, food products, food gift sets, and incense products, can only be returned according to your legal rights.

Refunds for these items will only be given in accordance with your legal rights. If your product is faulty, damaged, or unfit for purpose, contact us immediately via email or phone, and provide photographic evidence of any damage.

For other unopened goods, you can return them within 3 days of receiving them. After inspection and approval, we’ll refund or replace them. Refunds will be made to the original credit/debit card, with postage charges deducted. If the order had free postage, we’ll deduct our costs. We reserve the right to deduct other charges like credit card fees and packaging costs.

To request a refund or replacement, contact us via email, telephone, or live chat. You’ll need to return the goods at your cost for inspection. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged goods during return transit, so get proof of posting.

Uncollected packages with fresh fruit and/or vegetables will be inspected before any refund is offered. Products stained or damaged by the fruit and/or vegetables will not be refunded.

Goods dispatched in error by us remain our property. If you receive goods by mistake, contact us within 2 days for us to arrange collection.

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

If your goods have been sent or delivered, but you’ve had a change of heart, let us know by email within 14 working days of getting them from Desie Style Online.

However, there are exceptions. Items that go bad quickly, have a short expiry date, or are frozen food can’t be returned. These fall under “perishable food and drink,” and there’s no cancellation period for them.

For health and hygiene, certain sealed items like personal grooming products (hair accessories, styling products, shavers, waxing kits, electric toothbrushes, etc.) are considered used once unwrapped. So, they can’t be returned unless they’re in their original unused condition.

To cancel, we need your written consent. Send the products back to us promptly after canceling, taking care of them during this period.

You’re responsible for sending the goods back to us at your own cost, unless we made a delivery mistake or the item is damaged or defective.

If any perishable goods are damaged or not up to standard, email us at info@desiestyle.co.uk with a photo of the product. If the image shows damage or poor quality, we’ll refund you for the product.

CUSTOMER GUIDELINES FOR ORDER CANCELLATION:

• Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for all Desie Style items, excluding perishable or personal hygiene products, as mentioned earlier. This period spans 14 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the date of parcel receipt. • Canceling an order doesn’t incur any charges, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. • To cancel, inform us in writing via email at info@desiestyle.co.uk. Discuss the cancellation or product return with our customer care executive for alternative solutions. If you choose to proceed, we’ll either cancel your order or accept the returned product. • Return the goods to our contact address in their original condition at your expense, unless the item was delivered in error or is damaged/defective. Do this as soon as possible after canceling the contract. • We may charge for recovering goods if you fail to return them at your expense. • Inform us once you’ve canceled the order or returned the product to our warehouse using the provided contact details. Refunds, processed within 28 working days after receiving the product at our warehouse, will be credited to your account.

TERMS & CONDITIONS TO CANCEL THE ORDER:

• Customer has to bear the delivery fee to send the products back to our warehouse.

• Customer is responsible for sending the products back to our warehouse.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
• We advise customers to open their parcel as soon as they receive it. All fresh vegetables should be stored in a refrigerator and any frozen items should be put into a freezer upon delivery. If you are not happy with any item, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing info@desiestyle.co.uk 
• Please note that photo proof is needed for any quality complaints. 
• Customers are requested to sign to accept the delivery.
