Vinod Platinum Triply Stainless Steel Series uses SAS technology, a special method with three layers of materials: stainless steel, aluminum, and stainless steel again.
The inside layer is created from food-safe AISI 304 stainless steel, which is both clean and resistant to rust. The middle layer is entirely made of aluminum, ensuring that heat is spread evenly for consistent cooking. The outer layer is made of AISI 430 stainless steel, making it compatible with induction cooktops.
This kadai is versatile and can be used for sautéing, deep frying, as well as preparing curries and gravies.
