To kill germs and viruses: Change the nozzle to spray mode. If you’re spraying a flat surface, open the front flap of the nozzle and use the mist setting. For vertical surfaces, close the flap and use the foam setting. Spray the cleaned surface until it’s wet, wait for 15 minutes, then wipe it. Close the nozzle and keep the bottle upright when you’re done. Don’t let it touch wood, aluminum, or surfaces with paint, lacquer, or soft material for too long. If you’re unsure, check the instructions. Don’t use it on worn-out, damaged, cracked surfaces, or on gold fixtures.
