For Storing – Foil helps keep food fresh and keeps out odours. Stuitable for wrapping food to be kept in refrigerator.
For cooking and roasting – Wrap food loosely in foil to allow hot air to circulate: open the foil for the last 20 minutes to allow meat to brown.
Freezing – Wrap food tightly in foil to exclude air.
Warning :
- Keep foil away from exposed electrical elements.
- Salt in food can occasionally attch foil and cause discoloration and holes. To help prevent this from occuring, lightly coat foil with oil prior to cooking or storing.
- Do not allow foil to come into direct contact with acidic foods, such as lemons or rhubarb.
